Active selection This directory lists all 121,835 trials with one of four active statuses in the 10 October 2026 AACT snapshot. Older records remain included; check each trial's last update date.
Included statuses Recruiting, Not yet recruiting, Active, not recruiting, Enrolling by invitation. Recruiting describes participant enrollment, not acceptance of business projects.
Organizations and locations Names and locations come from trial registrations. A listing does not confirm current services or availability. Contact our team to discuss your project.
Condition names The condition directory uses published Mondo and MeSH names and confirmed synonyms. Trial pages retain the original registered terms. Search all trials for terms outside this directory. MeSH links describe indexed research topics and may be broader than the registered condition.
Business inquiries Requests reach ClinicalTrials HQ for review. Direct provider routing requires a verified representative and an agreed business contact.
Mondo Disease Ontology Uses the 6 October 2026 release. Mondo is licensed under CC BY 4.0. We use its identifiers and exact synonyms to group matching labels.	View source
Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) Uses the National Library of Medicine 2026 descriptors and supplemental disease concepts. Distinct concepts remain separate.	View source
